We take our customer service very seriously and value your feedback.


If you are not satisfied with any item that you buy from us, you can return it to us at our US return address or to Israel within 45 days from the day ordered for exchange or your full purchase price (less shipping and handling). Anything that is defective (it does not happen often, but if it does), we will replace at our expense.


To facilitate an exchange, please send back the original to our US or Israel return locations and we will credit you back and notify you right away. You can then place the replacement order. If you want to expedite the exchange of an item, place another order right away to expedite the shipping of its replacement. We will only be able to credit your return upon the confirmation of our receipt of the item. 

 

Although very proud that we manufacture and work out of Israel, it can make phone access challenging due to the substantial time difference with many of our markets. Israel is 7 hours ahead of U.S. Eastern Standard Time and we can only receive phone calls until 3:00 pm EST.


Please note that our back office is closed on Fridays (our warehouse store is open though!) and Saturdays and all Jewish holidays, but work on Sundays.
